NE and the NYG have advanced to the Super Bowl, putting the Colts in the 29th slot.
The Niners will select 29th in the first round, 39th in the second, and 70th in the third.
The first round has 31 picks, with the Pats forfeiting their own selection.
Tied at 5-11 with the Ravens, the Niners alternate ahead and behind the Ravens with each round. In the first, the Niners would have selected before the Ravens, at number 7, but the Pats have our pick. The Ravens select 8th overall.
In the second round, the Ravens select before us, in the 38th overall slot. The Niners will select 39th.
In the third round, the Niners rotate ahead of the Ravens. The Niners will select 70th, and the Ravens 71st.
Most drafts have about 2 or 3 compensatory selections at the end of the 3rd round. Expect the Niners' fourth rounder to be right around the 106th slot.
